Hello Pigment are high performance pigment colors which are manufactured by HWA TAI INDUSTRY CO.,LTD. to meet the rising quality requirements in various textile application.

Hello Pigment colors are in fine dispersion form stable with defined particle size, brilliant and wide range of color shades. Hello Pigment colors give high reproducibility, reliability and can be applied for optimum results.

Application

1. Printing recipe Printed colors illustrated in this pattern card were produced using the following general printing recipe, Pigment printing can affect fastness properties, shade and brilliancy in many different ways. Therefore to obtain the required quality printing results ensure the properties of all auxiliaries in print paste.

PRO BINDER SPT 4-15 Parts
PRO PRINT PT-HV 1.5-2 Parts
AMMONIA 0.2 Parts
Add PROFIX FF FOR DARK COLORS 1.0-1.3 Parts

Printing paste

HELLO COLORS Y Part
Stock thickening 100-Y Part
Total 100 part

Printing – Drying (2 min at 120๐C) – Curing (3-5 min at 150๐C)

2. Padding recipe

HELLO COLORS A g/litre
PRO BINDER SPT 100-200 g/litre
AMP (Antimigrating agent) 5 g/litre
PROFIX FF 10 g/litre
Water (Demineralised) B g/litre
Total 1 litre

Padding – Predry – Curing (Hot air at 160๐C for 2 min)
